How can you keep a classic film brand fresh in the space between major releases? That was the main challenge of our work with the Alien franchise, which was still three separate franchises while our team took on social management: Alien, Prometheus, and Alien vs. Predator.
With a complex canon to tackle, our team put months of research into building out a coherent timeline of the full Alien universe. In addition, we performed a comprehensive analysis of the brand’s fandom across social and digital platforms, allowing us to develop content that lived within the world of Alien and which specifically appealed to fans.
Balancing a mix of the dry wit of the series’ greatest heroes with an out-of-world enthusiast’s perspective on the making-of the series, our social content kept fans energized in the space between major theatrical releases.
Our flexible approach to management allowed us to develop multiple content streams, including archival content, contests, merchandising announcements, and other brand-exclusive opportunities.
